Take an amount from the jar rub both hands together keeping product at the tip of fingers then massaging product through hair on the scalp. The key is it must be done at the scalp where the hair comes out of the scalp. Massage in hair very could at least twice a day.
I recommend 3 times a day if possible morning,evening, and before bed.
